XMCO INC. is a subsidiary of Koniag Development Corporation, a member of the Koniag family of companies. Koniag, Inc. is a Native regional corporation established under the 1971 Alaska Native Claims Settlement Act for the Kodiak Island archipelago. Its 3,400 shareholders are primarily Alutiiq.
