Full-time employees begin accruing leave hours immediately upon employment with annual accrual rate increments over 5 years. XMCO now offers 9 paid holidays after 60 days of employment and 40 hours of Personal Time Off (PTO) per year.

Tuition assistance is available to full-time employees who wish to further their education. XMCO INC. pays a percentage of tuition based upon grades earned.
