Chuck Palonis retires from XMCO

Chuck Palonis retires from XMCO as the Shop Manager following 27 years and several moves with the company.  He had retired as a U.S. Army Chief Warrant, responsible for training Soldiers in the Ordnance/Maintenance MOS, and brought that wealth of experience to support XMCO’s military systems.

When Chuck started with the XMCO INC. family, there were only 20 employees.  He watched the steady expansion over the years, and was responsible for ensuring that both shop support and customer equipment was maintained and available at the top level.  The company is now preparing for additional facilities expansion, and Chuck laid much of the groundwork for planning the new shop configuration and improvements.

Chuck will be greatly missed, as he retires to spend more time with his family in the local area.
