John DeLong Retires from XMCO

JohnDeLong John DeLong retires from XMCO 1,430 weeks after joining XMCO as a new employee in 1982. His first assignment was in the Provisioning Department, filing drawings and then filling out data sheets documenting the CUCV program. After a few months, he was conducting provisioning conferences and developing the Spare Parts and Special Tools List (RPSTL) book for the CUCV. JohnDeLong

John was also involved in the development of XMCO’s computer system and acted as the IT support person for many years.

John was the supervisor of the Provisioning Department until 2008 when he became the Special Program Provisioner for rapid provisioning programs along with IT Support. He gave up IT support in 2009 when XMCO added a full time IT person due to the rapid growth of the company.
